The resort’s Lava Land play area is an absolute wonder for kids! Open from 8am until evening, it’s packed with engaging activities and fun events like kite making, superhero sessions, and even Bali dance workshops. The team is warm, caring, and truly dedicated to creating joyful experiences for kids. My 6‑year‑old son absolutely loved it—he spent three hours there with incredible energy, something he’s never done without us around. Special thanks to Cantika and Meyla, who were amazing with him. He bonded so much that he even missed them after we left following our 4‑day stay. This is a must‑do for kids at the resort—memorable, safe, and full of happiness!

We loved the fact that the hotel offers so many outdoor pools and can comfortably accommodate a large number of guests. The staff, including those at the beach club, were all incredibly friendly, attentive, and warm, each and every one of you made us feel truly welcomed. The room was modern, comfortable, and clean. The shower had strong water pressure, and the taps responded quickly to hot and cold adjustments; certainly no drainage issues like we’ve experienced elsewhere. Breakfast was another highlight, with a vast selection to choose from. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and left with wonderful memories.

We do wish the hotel shuttle service could be more frequent than the current hourly schedule. Adding official pick‑up and drop‑off points along the high street would also make it much more convenient for guests. As for the beach, while it may not fall entirely under the hotel’s responsibility, it would be wonderful if it could be cleaned up a little more thoroughly. It is generally quite clean, but it was disheartening to see some plastics on the seabed.

The property was beautiful and relaxing, had to travel quite a distance to see all of the highlights of Bali, but I loved the resort. The buffet breakfast mornings was excellent, food nice and hot, the staff were very friendly a lovely vacation resort.

We had a great overall experience with no major complaints. The highlights of Bali tours were incredible—although it took several hours to get there, the journey was definitely worth it. We also hosted a birthday dinner for 14 people at the Asian restaurant. While the food was good and the waitstaff were very friendly, the kitchen struggled to handle a group of our size. Dishes were served at different times, and some guests did not receive their meals at all. In some cases, appetizers and main courses arrived simultaneously for the same person. With better coordination in the kitchen and more consistent timing of service, the dining experience could be significantly improved.
