Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort

Beautifully landscaped, architecturally welcoming and the warmth and hospitable staff made our stay unforgettable. It was a relaxing trip just staying at the resort as there were many activities, happy hour drink stops, food outlets one can enjoy. The hotel provides shuttle service to the beach club which makes it very convenient. The room was spacious with a group of housekeeping staff under Mulia, the manager, always asking us if we need anything, ready to serve. Buffet breakfast spread was excellent , both with international buffet and local cuisine. The staff at Backstage are attentive and recognise us, always ready to help and with smiles. Sujana, FB manager and his team are hardworking and their service level is outstanding. The staff recommended us local dishes Ayam Taliwang and Sei Sapi which were delicious, with lots of spices at Backstage for dinner. We have good memories engaging with some staff and know that their experience working here has been with good learnings. Shout out to Suli, Erik, Tony, Sonia, Ari at R Bar and Tanah Liat restaurant for your excellent service & warm hospitality. Compliments to the chefs. We will be back as you treat us like family.

My trip in Renaissance Bali nusa dua was super great and the staffs here are so nice and welcoming. We enjoyed the R Bar most of the time helpful and friendly staffs.. Special thanks to Mr Eric the bartender and Ms Yunita (senior) they have been wonderful and always advise us on the best in the menu. Kudos to them

Останавливаемся в данном отеле второй раз, сам отель поддерживается в идеальном состоянии, везде чистота и порядок, уборка номеров ежедневная. Персонал выше всяких похвал, одни приятные впечатления, обслуживание и любая помощь на высоте. У нас было проживание с завтраками, на завтрак большой выбор еды и фруктов, отдано выделю большую станцию по приготовлению свежевыжатого сока из огромного количества овощей и фруктов, начиная от шпината и свеклы, заканчивая питахаей и ананасом - за это прям отдельная звезда! Отдельное спасибо за комплимент от персонала, отозвались на нашу просьбу и бесплатно повысили категорию и заселили нас в номере с прямым выходом к бассейну и собственным лежаками.

Words cannot describe how welcomed and cared for our family felt from the moment we arrived at this incredible resort. We booked two rooms for a 5-night family stay, and every single corner of the property was absolutely immaculate and exactly as a luxury hotel should be. The highlight of our stay was the unparalleled service, especially when we faced a stressful situation. Having run out of pre-prepared meals for our 1-year-old baby during this long trip, we were struggling to find suitable options. A massive, heartfelt thank you goes to Chef Artawa, Andi, and the rest of the team at the Backstage Restaurant on the 3rd floor. They went completely out of their way to prepare custom meals for our baby with zero additional charges. Their genuine kindness turned a stressful moment into a beautiful memory. On top of the exceptional dining service, the spa was absolutely amazing and provided us with one of the best wellness experiences we have ever had. We will definitively revisit this hotel in the future, purely because the incredible staff treats their guests like family.

The room was exceptional!Stayed with my 7year old daughter and the kids club was amazing she didnt want to leave. The buffet breakfast had many western options which we liked. We got a room upgrade as it wasnt busy, travelled in April.

The spa wasnt operational in the main pool. It would of been nice.

The food quality was not as good as the last time we stayed

Food was often not hot and there could be more variety and spray for mosquitoes
