Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort

It was an excellent experience at Marriott Renaissance, Bali resort. On my wedding anniversary the staff Adi & Arya made excellent decoration of room and made the day for us. Location was as required in city but Atmosphere around in resort was full of nature. No noise from outside. We had been upgraded to Villa and it was fabulous. Kitchenette inside. Rooms were clean. Food varieties are too many and delicious one. They have their separate part on sea- beach. Was luxurious but still value for money.

On our first holiday in Bali we stayed at the Marriott Nusa Dua Terraces/ Renaissance and while every encounter was exceptional there was one that stood out! Tony our bartender at the Rbar in the lobby has become like family! He was so welcoming and warm and did an amazing job of helping us taste Bali! He understood exactly what we meant by “make us something fresh or fruity” as the creation exceeded our expectations every time. We will miss our resort, Tony and Bali and cannot wait to return.

We stayed here for 3 nights and the time here was just magical. It is in such a peaceful place with access to beach club, multiple pools and all amenities you would need from a 5 star resort. Beyond resort, we loved the people there. Everybody was so friendly and helpful. From the reception desk Chitra, Ardy and Satria were so helpful in welcoming us and helping out all the way. Anom and other staff members taught us so much during our stay. We learnt Balinese dance, yoga, Rindik, boking and so much more from them. And most importantly, the staff at lava land (the children play area). My daughter cannot stop talking about Chantika, Erin and Puspa. They were amazing and took such good care of her during our stay. I am missing a lot more staff members but I thank everyone from the bottom of my heart to make our stay memorable. All of you always greet the customers with a smile that just makes your day and are always ready to help with whatever we need. Hoping to visit and meet you all again soon. :)

Such a beautiful stay

There a few amazing pools to choose from, property is absolutely stunning! the breakfast selection was great, there are frequent shuttle bus to and from hotel to the nearest beach and shopping centre. Staff were amazing! Choices of in-house restaurants. 2 double beds options is much better for family of 4 rather than king and single. The corridors in front of the rooms are open, airflow are pretty good and beautiful, the property is well maintained

The room smells dusty when we first got in. The pillows smells and deflated, maybe very old.

Rooms was spacious, the staff were amazing, breakfast had great food selection so many pools

Instead of wall, there was only a curtain to separate the bathroom from the rest of the room
