The musty smell in the rooms could sometimes be annoying, but otherwise the hotel is very nice, it has 4 pools and the landscaping is very pleasant.

Location which offers privacy, great breakfast variety and great amenities.

Our children absolutely loved the Kids Club at Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort. During our stay in late April and early May, they looked forward to attending every single day. The activities were different each day, keeping the children engaged, excited, and eager to return. What impressed us most was that the Kids Club was not only fun but also a place where children could grow in confidence and learn to interact with others. We would especially like to thank Cantika for her kindness, patience, and professionalism. She gently encouraged children who were hesitant to participate, helped them feel included, and handled any conflicts during play with great care and understanding. To our children, she was much more than a Kids Club staff member. She was a wonderful teacher, mentor, and role model. Her warmth and dedication made a lasting impression on our family. Thank you, Cantika, for creating such wonderful memories for our two children. Your kindness, patience, and encouragement made a lasting impact on them. The Mikami family from Japan will always remember your warmth and dedication. We are deeply grateful to Cantika and the entire Kids Club team for making our family holiday so special and memorable.

Onestamente mi è piaciuto tutto, dall’accoglienza alla pulizia, dall’estetica alla funzionalità. Diversi bar e ristoranti tra i quali scegliere e in tutti la qualità era veramente alta, sia del cibo che del servizio. C’era tanta gente nell’hotel ma la struttura è così grande e ben pensata che non ci siamo mai sentiti a disagio. Navetta per la spiaggia molto funzionale e spiaggia stessa fenomenale. Kids club fantastico, pulito e con tanti giochi. Kids pool altrettanto bella per i bambini.

Non c’è stato nulla che non mi sia piaciuto, forse una cosa in più che ci vorrebbe in un posto del genere, per le stagioni di pioggia, è una piscina al coperto.

I must say I was a bit skeptical at first of coming to this hotel as I had never been here before, it is absolutely beautiful and has everything That I need to make my stay great, pools are great, plenty of room for adults to relax. Gym, Sauna, Steam and Jacuzzi all working fine, Staff were great and very helpful. I had such a nice time here I am staying for another 7 nights.

Nothing to be perfectly honest, I love everything about this hotel and its facilities. A small inconvenience is you have to walk 20 mins to the shops but if you like walking then it's not an issue.

When visiting this hotel you must visit Hendri and Liaa at the R Bar for Happy Hour cocktail. Lovely conversation and excellent service.
