"Amazing venue for wedding"

I had a wonderful stay and hosted my wedding reception at the hotel. Throughout our stay, my guests thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's amenities. I would like to give a special shoutout to Anastasia and Diana for their incredible support during the entire wedding preparation process. Anastasia helped organise the rooms for my guests, while Diana assisted with all the event details and setup. Diana is truly a legend, with her incredible willingness to help and exceptional attention to detail. My wedding wouldn't have been so perfect without them. I truly appreciate all their hard work and dedication. Wishing them all the best, and I can't wait to visit Renaissance again in the future.

I really enjoyed our time here! The staff is very friendly and helpful and do everything they can to make your stay very comfortable. Especially Lila from the main pool bar was always serving with a big smile and making sure you got what you needed! Would definitely recommend!

I love love loved this hotel. It’s a contemporary chic hotel with excellent facilities and amenities. No matter where you stay in the hotel the views are picturesque and the rooms are very spacious. The staff were super friendly and warm and the onsite restaurants were incredible. Steaksmith was my favourite restaurant that I visited in the time I was in Bali. This hotel was so good I extended my stay there.

Probably the bar of soap for handwashing and the old school fluffy bath mats.
