Fantastic resort, spotlessly clean, excellent staff and great facilities. Stayed for 11 nights and had a great time. Shuttle bus to beach and shopping centre really useful. Good spot on the beach with drinks and food available. Dined at all the restaurants, excellent service and good choice of food. All staff made you feel very welcome and looked after us really well. Liked the pool service and special thanks to Windi, Winda, luna, Mita, Trisna, Yanda, Lila and Satya. Thoroughly recommend the Spa,

"Unforgettable"

From check-in to entering our room, the hotel was beautiful, clean, and very well presented. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Cleanliness was clearly a top priority, both inside and outside the room, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

"High end resort and well trained competent staff delivering a 5 star guest experience, the best we encountered in Bali."

Loved the warm welcome we felt from all staff from the moment we arrived. LionX restaurant was amazing. The spa fusion massage was the best massage I have ever had.

The location was quite isolated. There is a shuttle bus to the beach, but the first trip isn’t until 10am and it takes 20min to get there (so a morning walk before breakfast is difficult). They have bikes available at the spa but the resort sits atop a hill so the climb back won’t be for everyone. It would be better if bikes were available at the beach area, and more frequent and earlier shuttle services.

We stayed with my Wife in this beautiful Hotel and was very happy with everything here. The rooms were very clean and modern, just as we expected. Very very friendly and helpful Personal. In particular, Listia, a staff member we met by the pool, went out of her way to take care of us. We highly recommend this Hotel.
