Magna Hotel

Well the space was basic, but new. Lack of a desk and chair was a disappointment. No bathroom in the lobby meant you have to run back and forth if you have to use the bathroom downstairs. To top it all off, there was no one at the front desk for over an hour during check out, which resulted in having to risk losing my deposit or miss my flight

No towels in the room and the staff was very combative

The staff was nice ,the room was clean ,NO ICE MACHINE, REFRIGERATOR NOT WORKING, TOILET BACK UP, DRAMA IN LOBBY.

Great hotel

There is a $50 cash payment due at check in. Never heard of this before. Room doesn’t supply ice, and extra towels.

Have $50 cash ready for deposit. Bed and mattress cheap quality other then that it’s good.

No cable tv parking on the street if you can find it

I booked it thinking it was a smoke free hotel, the minute we stepped in we can smell cigarret smoke and mariajuana, the room floors were filthy, no towels in the room, it smelled very strong like cigarret smoke. the bed was covered in a plastic wrap that made a lot of noise when you moved. parking we had to drive around for half hr to find it. will not recommend or stay there again.

$50 cash only deposit policy not posted prior to arrival. On arrival a/c was off and room was hot. Beds are itchy and have a noisy plastic sound.
