Magna Hotel

I was very dissatisfied with my stay at this place. The rooms were horrible and customer service was the worst. I will not recommend staying here at all.

It was horrible when i hot here they didn't have tge room i paid for they told me they could give me a king bed when i had my husband and 2 kids. Tbey said housekeeping wasnt available to clean up the room we needed. They tried to give me a extra room tgat i would've had to pay for then they daid ok they will clean the room the put us in a tiny room until the other room was clean the tv didn't work. Then we got our room 2 hours later and it wasn't cleaned good there was dirt in the shower and sink and they did nothing to accommodate us.

i canceled my reservation when i got there. no parking. I did not like the neighborhood. took my refund and went to another hotel with parking.

My stay wasn't so good. It took 15 mins just to check in and run my info. When I got my room finally it was a used room that wasnt clean. I had to get a whole new room. Then, when I got to my new room. The towels were dirty, the AC didn't work well. There was hairand dirt all over the bathroom. This place is definitely 3

Our room was not clean when we arrived so we requested another..... I had to request clean towels and a cleaning person to come in and clean a little

I liked that the room was clean and spaciousness and also had a fridge.

There was no towel in the room and the AC wasn't working. The room smell bad.

No night desk, so noisy, people slamming the door, room r small

The room was smelling like smoke and they had no iron or iron board.
