Magna Hotel

Bed dirty , room stink & loud music.. & a lot of prostitution

Terrible paid 50 dollar deposit never got my money back was not mentioned in booking online waited 30 minutes just to check in

The hotel room was spotless including the bathroom which i absolutely loved. The only problem was in the hall way smelt of smoke and they didnt offer breakfast but otherwise trust me this is the place to be.

The bed was horrible The bedding was filthy

Used as a stop over at JFK airport Superb service great location No worries at all

This place was horrible! The Customer Service is horrible! please do not go here. There were plenty other people complaining here when I was staying there as well.

Unpleasant surprise. I had to come up with $50 cash money as a deposit. The cash deposit was not mentioned any where on the hotel description. That request was like an ambush. They conveniently place an atm machine at the lobby for your “use” for a fee of course. That is des honest at best and might even be criminal. No parking available. You’re on your own for that. Wanted an extra pillow.. the pillow provided is too flat. Was told by the front desk person that the hotel is fully booked, there gore no extra pillows... go figure...

It was good for a night stay rooms were clean front desk was always helpful. I would stay there again

The tv was broken. The tub was dirty. The closet had tape holding it up with no hangers. The room was extremely small.
