Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World

Very clean, new hotel. Good location. Pool was open, unlike other hotels in the area. No resort fee.

Very expensive, didn't offer anything special.

Large room and comfortable bed, good facilities like gym and pools.

Bathroom was not very clean. Found hairs of previous guests on the floor in the toilet and shower. Confusion about the meal/drinks voucher that was included in our reservation. It clearly stated meals and drinks but reception said it was only for drinks. At check out another staff member said it was indeed meals and drinks which was disappointing as we did not get full use of it. Very long line at checkout, waiting time approx 20 minutes. Location slightly far away from the strip, you can’t really walk there. Paid an upgrade to a “strip view” room, you really had to peer out the far left side of the window to actually see the strip so that wasn’t worth it.

Very clean and the accommodations were great for the guest.

Our stay at Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World was overall a very enjoyable experience. The hotel is pristine, elegant, and beautifully maintained. From the marble tile and granite bathroom finishes to the dual sink countertop, mirrors, and phenomenal artwork, the space truly feels luxurious. The decorative touches, including the tribute to Marilyn Monroe, added such a memorable and sophisticated charm. What stood out most was how the room made us feel. It gave us that sense of peace, comfort, and sanctuary, almost like being at home while still enjoying the elevated atmosphere of a luxury hotel. The staff was also kind and responsive. They answered our questions and honored our housekeeping requests for extra blankets, pillows, and cleaning, which we appreciated. The only reason we could not give a full 5 out of 5 stars is because of one detail we have always valued when staying at Conrad properties: the richness and lushness of the bath and body products. We are accustomed to the beautiful scents and quality of the liquid hand soap, bar soap, body wash, lotion, conditioner, and shampoo. During this stay, that experience was not present in our room, even after we requested that the products be refilled. The bottles and dispensers may have displayed the familiar product names, but the actual experience did not reflect what we have come to expect from the Conrad brand, which was disappointing. Another point worth mentioning is the dining billing process. If you dine at one of the property's establishments, it may be better to charge the meal directly to the room rather than pay at the eatery. The way food service charges appeared on the ledger made it seem as though we may have been double-billed, creating confusion. In the future, we would likely charge dining to the room to make the billing easier to review and avoid unnecessary concern. Customer service at the Conrad was still very nice, and the representative took the time to explain their process. Would we return? Yes, we would consider staying again because the property itself is beautiful and the service was pleasant. However, the $150 per-night pet fee is extremely high and seems better suited to millionaires than to everyday families traveling with their pets. Because of that, we may also consider other family- and pet-friendly hotels in the future in the area. Overall, Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World is a gorgeous, elegant, and comfortable property with strong customer service. After a while gambling here, I appreciate getting invited to stay at resorts world. I especially appreciated being upgraded from Hilton to Conrad; that alone made me want to return for my next Vegas trip. Also the pool provided a great clean and relaxing experience.
