Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World

This was our first stay at the Conrad on our visits to Las Vegas. I have to say my wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the service we received from the valet to the customer service people. Since checking in online was our preference it was quick and easy. We both enjoyed the room, the beds are comfortable and your just far enough from the main part of the strip that there is virtually no noise to deal with.

I was there for 13 Nights and did a online check in. Probably I got the only room with a wall in front of my windows. The a/c was not able to get below 19 degrees Celsius. Every third day one of my drains in the baths start to smelling Room cleaning was on top not proper done. My credit card deposit did not work, indeed it was confirmed and finally I had no Access to the permanent room WiFi. My room was in between both escalators in and outside. Thanks again for this unforgettable stay.

It was beautiful! The restaurants were nice, staff were easy to deal with.

The parking and needing to take a long walk through the casino to get to the hotel you’re at.

Beds were comfy (bare minimum at a vegas hotel, especially at this price) and location was good.

What a disappointment across the board - what happened to service? We had to call down for extra towels and spend several minutes dealing with the AI answering service before we could get through to even ask for the towels. Why did we need extra towels? Well, in 3 days, our room was only cleaned once, despite being gone for 10+ hours at a time, and only because we scheduled a cleaning for a specific time. Complimentary robes - a staple of any hotel experience - are only available for suites. We chose this over other options because of the $100 food credit, which we found out at checkout doesn't apply to half of the places in the hotel, including the pool! Room service must be ordered through grubhub. Literally delivered in a plastic bag - no silverware, no plates. Same with the pool food, despite having a server, our food was brought to us in plastic containers in a grub hub bag, but priced at 5-star prices, plus delivery and convenience fees. If you don't get to the pool before 10am, good luck finding a spot to sit (unless you pay, of course!) Everything was so impersonal and just generally a huge bummer.
