Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World

My wife and I loved our 3-night stay at the Conrad! The property has a contemporary elegance about it, inside and out. Our suite featured floor-to-ceiling windows that enabled us to look out over the entire strip, as well as the massive 5 1/2 acre pool deck below with seven pools! We easily walked to and from the Sphere, loved the variety of restaurants, were impressed with how new and clean the casino is, and had fabulous lobby and room service. In celebrating a milestone wedding anniversary, the Concierge arranged for the perfect floral arrangement—meticulously crafted exactly as specified—to surprise my wife. We will definitely return.

Que lo puedas recibir paquetes , los envían a una oficina de fedex y te cobran , nadie te puede dejar nada del lobby por que de inmediato lo envían allá .

This vacation was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had, and the team a at Resorts World Las Vegas deserves every bit of praise I can give. From the moment we arrived, the elegance of the lobby set the tone for what would be an exceptional stay. The room accommodations were luxurious, the poolside experience was wonderful, and the exclusive area reserved for Crockfords guests was a standout amenity. The spa was equally impressive — truly a world-class retreat. But the highlight of our entire stay was Selena at the front desk. We arrived with multiple reservations, and she seamlessly condensed everything into one perfectly organized stay — and even offered us an incredible upgrade overlooking the city of Las Vegas. Her customer service was remarkable from start to finish, and her follow-up throughout our stay showed just how much she genuinely cares about her guests. She was so warm and attentive to my family that we ended up extending our stay by two days. Selena is a true gem, and if you’re planning a visit to Crockfords, do yourself a favor and request her at the front desk. She is absolutely amazing. The resort as a whole is unparalleled, and I cannot wait to return

Taylor at check-in was absolutely amazing! She took care of me and put me in a beautiful room. It was a great way to spend my birthday week when I had to be there to attend a conference. Hotel overall and rooms are super clean and the pool area is wonderful! Would definitely come back!

Clean resort, nice bedroom , good facilities and amazing pools. The casino floor is great.

The valet parking was included in my stay (confirmation by mail and even from the hotel and the front desk) but they charged me for it.
