If you are a Hilton Honors Diamond member, stay away from Conrad Las Vegas. They do not honor standard loyalty benefits, and they use a completely deceptive billing system to hide it. During my stay, they refused to refund a $20 premium Wi-Fi charge—a benefit that is explicitly supposed to be complimentary for Diamond members. To make matters worse, they completely failed to apply my $50 daily food and beverage credit. When I asked for an itemized bill at checkout to see where the error was, they refused to provide a transparent, detailed breakdown of charges and credits. They hide the credit details on a backend system so you can't see the math, essentially forcing you to accept an overcharged bill. This isn't just poor service; it’s a deliberate lack of financial transparency to cheat guests out of their guaranteed benefits.
