"Give it a miss."

Disappointed that there was no kettle or coffee machine in the room. For a hotel that rates itself, you have to go down from your room to buy a hot drink to start the day. So not relaxing. Good sized room, but wouldn't bother again. However shout out to the Tacos place across the road. amazing. The website shows 7 pools but the beds in more than one of them were reserved and empty for Crawfords? Hotel...

Nous avons été réveillé le jour de notre départ à 9h par des coup à la porte, au moins 5, puis la personne est rentré dans la chambre et a allumé les lumières. Nous n’avions pas demandé de réveil, de plus nous avions mis sur notre porte « do not disturb ». Le Check out était à 11h. Cela nous a beaucoup agacé d’être réveillé comme ça puisque nous n’avons pas eu de dédommagement. Nous avons expliqué cela à la réception, la dame s’est excusé et a essayé de comprendre mais elle ne comprenait pas pourquoi cela c’était produit. Elle nous a demandé si nous voulions qu’un manager nous rappelle le lendemain, à cela nous avons répondu oui. Nous sommes 5 jours après et toujours pas d’appel. Pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, c’est moyen.

"Black mold at the Conrad"

We had the worst stay ever at the Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World. The first room they gave us had black mold throughout the shower, so we requested a new room. The second room had the exact same issue. We then had to wait for hours while staff “inspected” multiple rooms trying to find one without mold. Manager Dominic eventually called and said since they couldn’t find a clean room and it would take time to clean one, she would upgrade us to a suite with a view. She told us to head upstairs to the new room. Once we got there, our key cards no longer worked because they had been canceled, and we got stuck in the elevator trying to access the floor. We had to go all the way back downstairs to the lobby for new keys. After finally getting into the room, there was no upgrade at all. When I called back, Dominic refused to speak to me directly and had another employee tell me she “never promised an upgrade,” even though both my son and I clearly heard her say it. She completely lied to us and wasted hours of our vacation sending us up and down the hotel while dealing with broken key access and elevators. Because of all the delays, we missed the pool entirely and lost our pool promotion for the night. The next day, we were told we could use it, but once again our room keys stopped working and we got stuck in the elevator AGAIN trying to get to the pool. I had to go reactivate the keys yet another time and wait about 45 minutes just to speak to a manager. The second manager was kind enough to remove the resort fees and restore the promotion, but overall the experience was unacceptable. Multiple rooms smelled strongly of mold and had visible black mold spread throughout the showers. The staff we dealt with were extremely rude and dismissive to the point that I completely broke down from the stress. This was beyond disappointing and stressful for my family.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits avec 2 enfants et nous avons tout adoré ! Tout était parfait, les chambres étaient très belles et confortables. L hôtel en lieu même extraordinaire. Nous reviendrons séjourner dans cet hôtel lors de notre prochain séjour à Las Vegas.
