"A forgettable stay"

I have stayed at Resorts World a few times now. First at the Conrad and the last two times at Crockfords. For this stay, we had rooms at Hilton, Conrad and Crockfords. The staff have been nice. This last time, two weeks ago, I booked bottle service at AYU Dayclub to see DJ Ownboss. Once booked, I was contacted by Ryan Chastain about other accommodations or services I might need during my stay. My main question to him was when does Ownboss go on? He said he wasn’t to sure but that arrival by 5PM would be good. We arrived at 5PM. Upon entering, I immediately saw Ownboss playing and asked my server what time he went on. I was told 4PM. So now I have missed half the show. Then I was told by staff the music would be stopped at 6PM because a wedding was happening upstairs but that another DJ would come on after. Which sounded crazy. Then at 6PM, the music stopped and they told everyone left to leave! We were there from 5:00PM to 6:30PM. We had ordered our drinks and food and then told to bag up our remaining drinks and leave. Rocky, the security guard, was very attentive and took excellent care of our group which was very much appreciated. All of the bottle service servers were friendly and checked on us frequently, which was great customer service. It was more an issue of management not communicating timing and interruptions with the staff. I have done bottle service many many times in Vegas and have never had such a terrible experience. I spent $2,300 and was told that someone would be contacting me for a $750 refund which is not enough but fine, whatever. It has been two weeks and calls to Zouk have not been returned, customer service said they can’t help and Ryan said he sent an email trying to help. The club did not have very many people there so I doubt I’m going to get anything back because they probably need the money. Terrible branding and ruined relationship with me. I am a gold member and booked a guaranteed king. At Crockfords When I arrived, I was told I would be getting a double, despite my confirmation. I had to politely push the front desk to ask if they could accommodate my confirmation. Meanwhile, the person getting checked in next to me is getting water and a nice explanation of her guaranteed reservation and all the amenities. Lastly, we actually got locked out of one of the hotel rooms! The door security latch on the inside of the room somehow got moved when the door closed and we couldn’t get into the room for an over hour. Had to have security come up help gain entry into the room. Not sure what is going on over there at RW but wow.

客服的部分沒有很親切、明明退房時櫃檯人員答應會馬上寄送收據、但也沒有。後續再mail要收據的時候也拖了幾天
