"It was a good stay"

Salon spa was great Allowing us to check in early All other staff was very friendly

Bed was not comfortable for the price. Having to go through the smoking section of the casino to the event center The manager at the cafe was rude and could not stay calm under busy conditions, because a line formed at an open register.

The facility was clean.

From going on booking.com I had the room reserved 3 days ahead reserved the confirmation my card was charged and then they could not find my reservation and I was charged 2x once from booking.com and once from riverside even after I showed them I had already paid by the end of everything I paid almost 600.00 for a 1 night stay. Which was ridiculous and the staff members were no help.

"Excellent wheelchair accessible room"

Nice hotel, restaurants and casino, we spent the night, had a wheelchair accessible room. So far this is the only accessible room I have found at any hotel that had the lower bed height making it possible to transfer from a wheelchair to the bed without issue. Most hotels have 27 inch high bibs, which are about 8- 10 inches too high for people in Wheelchairs or that can't stand on their own. Hi handicap restroom with roll in shower, with the most sturdy shower chair I have yet found. I would have to say this is probably the best wheelchair accessible room. I have bound in the past few years and I travel considerably. We only had a late night snack there and it was good. The casino was fun. The entire area was clean. Overall, a very nice stay, especially the exceptional handicap accessible room.

"Subpar food"

Ate at 22 and Vine today. Ordered the surf and turf and while I wasn’t expecting a five star meal for $36, I expected the sirloin steak to be chewable. Such a disappointment. I ate two bites and the rest will be given to my dogs I did tell the waitress but no manager came out to at least apologize or offer a substitute meal. No wonder only a couple tables had patrons at 5:00 pm
