"Cute and cosy"

It was a lovely quiet location. The rooms were well furnished and comfortable.

No Coffee (but there is a coffee machine) ... however, there was tea and hot chocolate. I'm sure it was just an oversight. Also no spare blankets if you wanted them, which we did.

"Good but not worth the money"

The unit was lovely

My grandson found bottle tops and a tennis ball under the lounge cushions, there was only one English breakfast teabag, no spare garbage bags and damp tea towels left in the dryer

The phone staff were helpful when we needed assistance with the door code. Plenty of towels

There were stains all over the bedding and couches. Mold in bottles and appliances. No insulation in the house meaning the house was constantly cold even with the heater turned up to full.

"Nice accomodation when traveling with family for sporting weekend"

Location and included facilities welcome basket was a nice touch heater was on and nice soft music to welcome guest

King beds as low and uncomfortable Mini Bar fridge was not stock as per in room stock list Room was requiring a detailed clean (room was clean) but attention to detail cleaning was lacking for the price of the property per night Shower leaked all Over bathroom floor due to poor design of drain No on site staff so lacked the personal touch
