Quiet, location, space. Full kitchen. Out door space was good.

Outdoor space had lots of cobwebs ( little person didn’t like) but not a major issue.

The property was very comfortable, thank you. The management team were attentive and courteous, again thank you :)

Sorry to be picky, but coffee pods were provided which was great for me, but a tea bag would have been perfect for my Aunt and there was also no dishwashing detergent for our short stay. Just a couple of things we didn’t think to bring with us. Also, again apologies to be picky but as a former property manager, a quick clean of the window and door tracks would polish up the accommodation. However we were very happy with the accommodation and would definitely recommend for others to stay and do hope to stay again.

This property suited our needs for the trip really well and it was a lovely quiet location, at the bottom of the lot, we were just off the main road so had easy access to everything we needed. We really loved that the property provided some little gifts on arrival, always lovely, so thank you!

Single bathroom has toilet included. No toilet facilities available when someone else is using the bathroom for a shower, etc. Bed in 2nd bedroom hard up against the wall requiring the person on that side of the bed to crawl over the other person to get out. The door code deactivated prior to our departure time, resulting in us being locked out of the unit before we had completed packing up.

I love the location & the unit is just gorgeous! Like a home-away-from-home. Always clean & tidy and the outdoor space is so handy. We have stayed twice now & will definitely be back again

Great location and very well equipped. Really lovely comfortable beds and plenty of room for two couples.

Only the cleaning (or lack thereof). My wife used the clothes dryer and checked the lint filter first, as she would at home. It was so clogged with lint it’s a wonder the dryer worked or had not caught fire. I would suggest this is added to the cleaners duties at regular intervals.

Place was dirty Cutlery was dirty and it had bugs

The property was just lovely! So comfortable & cosy, very clean, and very welcoming upon arrival with guest slippers, robes and complimentary snacks. King bed was delightful to sleep in. Kitchen was very well equipped. A beautiful property inside & out! So private, and a well maintained grassed yard and groomed hedges. Also to add, a perfect location in Mudgee. So glad we picked this property!
