Location was great! Close drive into main part of town, or a nice walk. The place was comfy and clean. Loved that it has a private yard and barbecue. Spacious areas. Great range of amenities. Beds super comfortable! Would definitely stay in this accommodation again. Appreciated the complimentary snacks too!

Drain in the shower causes water to spread a lot across the bathroom floor. Washing machine could use a good clean inside silicone front and detergent dispenser.

Decor and modernity, nice added extras like gowns, slippers, free nibbles, smart tv, kids plates bowls spoons, hand wash, coffee pods, toiletries, outdoor area was large

It was just in a very bad state - cobwebs everywhere, dirty carpets under beds,lounges in every window and door filthy and this sort of dirt takes months to accumulate, maintenance issues outdoor seating umbrella torn and pots and bbq wasn’t clean; secondly location was bad, noisy road far from town and ugly industrial part of town. Beds very soft and uncomfortable Shower leaks, can opener didn’t work, no gate on yard with shall kids and security wise I didn’t like.

Away from other people, a back yard for guests who have children, garage for a car. If I returned to Mudgee I would stay at the Laneway.

We really enjoyed our stay in Mudgee at Laneway! The only thing was we did not have a dustpan to sweep up mess off the floor.
