Location was good, convenient and quiet. It was generally clean. The property is quite homey. Housekeeping was thoughtful and left the heater on so when we arrived it was warm inside. Check in was easy. Reception was responsive to our messages and questions.

A lot of the cutleries and dishes/cups/frying pans were dirty and not cleaned properly. There was only one general bin, no recycling bin, we had to ask the reception where to leave all the recyclables. The ‘king bed’ wasn’t actually a king bed, just two single beds put together, so I could only use it as a single bed anyway, as I couldn’t sleep in the middle due to the gap. Also asked for firm mattress if possible as I have back issues, was told housekeeping would check for firm mattress and let us in the room with the firm mattress, but there was no follow ups or advice on the matter. The bed was extremely soft so the first night I was only able to have a couple of hours of broken sleep, the second night I slept on the floor. So I can only assume the property either has no firm mattresses or the request was overlooked.

carport needs some foam added, salt & pepper not filled, dryer filter broken, rubbish bags don't fit the bin. bin broken.

Shower wets the whole floor in the bathroom, something small but makes feet super cold on cold days
