Room a little small No bathroom counter space

The owner's father was left in charge of the motel. He had just arrived the day before, and he hadn't really been trained, so he had to call his son who was away every time there was a problem. This meant that I had to go to the office every time I wanted to use the internet. The father was doing the best he could given the circumstances.

Rooms were small but clean and comfortable. Walking distance to food options in Sylva.

Thr service was top notch. Brian was on top of things. Its a no thrills place but had comfortable beds and was clean.

Great customer service

It was clean, parking is right in front of the door. Check in/out was quick and easy. Will definitely stay there the next time we are in the area.

Basic amenities but clean.

It was very clean and the staff was nice. The view of the river was nice. The room was very small considering I had paid for a suite. The mattress slid around on the bedframe. I kept having to fix it. There is very little counter space in the bathroom. I had to leave all of my toiletries on the dresser and only bring in a few items at a time as I was using them. Also very few outlets to use for charging. I feel like I overpaid for what I got.
