The location was perfect for the places we needed to go. Not far from the interstate.

We were out of hot water for two days. The internet connection to the rooms was down due to a power outage and off and on for two days. Trash was in the room under the bed from the previous occupants. All of these concerns were brought to the attention of the staff. They addressed the cleanliness of the room immediately.

Hot water took.forever to come on No A/c in the hallway on 2nd floor Staff was rude (nonhelpful) The TV was hung in an awkward place Couch had what looked like cat scratches all on the sides For a Suite the room was small

Hotel was fine. Noisy area with motorcycles racing up and down the street until 11 pm.

Nice stay; great staff. The only problem was the door didn’t shut fully when we left. So, it was inadvertently left open. When I told the front desk the door didn’t close all the way, he said that was supposed to happen. That’s fine - I understood the reasoning but people need to be told ahead of time that the doors must be pulled tightly to close. (I’ve never had to be so deliberate in any other hotel.)

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff did an excellent job.

Parking lot was full on the weekend
