We stayed for three nights, and the room was absolutely huge, with a kitchen equipped with basic essentials. However, it took about 10 minutes of running the water for it to get hot, which was quite wasteful. The breakfast included a small selection of hot items, but they varied daily. The hotel is located in the suburbs, but downtown is only a 25-minute drive away. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

It’s not fancy, but it is clean, convenient and comfortable. Breakfast is all the basics. And, there are nice amenities; outdoor grills, outdoor fire pit and a swimming pool. If you’re looking to save a few bucks but don’t want to give up the hotel comforts you’re use to, then this is your place.

So I'm not the one to write reviews unless service was horrible. But me and my family stayed her from Friday-Sunday. I noticed that we did not have hot water Friday evening after check in. I called down to the front desk and was told that everything on their end looks good but someone will be there the next morning to take a look at it. We had 2 children with us and I had to boil water in order for them to take a warm bath, because I refused to have them take a cold one when it's 50 degrees outside. So fast forward to the next morning and still no hot water, so they decided to move us to another room where again, there was no hot water. So this time before moving us again, I went to the next room with the lady at the front desk and the hot water was working. This was around 3:00p. Around 7:00p we left to take our kids to their grandparents house, came back and took a shower and the water was fine. Me and my BF went out that night and came back to get in the shower and the water was back cold. Went down and spoke with the front desk the next morning and was given a key to the room next to us to take a hot shower and the water was also cold in that room. So when we checked out I was told to fill out a form and the manager would call me when she comes in. 4 days later and never received a call. So I called the hotel and spoke with Nikita (However you spell it) the "manager" and she told me she can't do anything about it because we booked through a third party company. She stated we didn't pay them, so how can she refund us if they didn't get paid which doesn't make sense because companies don't rent out rooms and don't receive a profit off of it. So I asked her for corporates # and she said she didnt have it but I can look them up online. When I googled Cube Hospitality, the website didn't work and the # provided went straight to VM. So moral of the story, if you're okay with bathing in cold water, then be my guess and stay here, but if you like hot water like I do, DO NOT STAY HERE ! Because they're only going to offer points to accommodate you. I refused the offer because I do not have an account and do not stay at hotels often. Also, the breakfast was very low grade. They had powered eggs, biscuits and gravy as breakfast. No sausages, bacon, or anything like that. But the location was perfect. 2 mins away from grocery stores and food places.

Every thing was good except when we checked out the hotel charged me twice and it affected my trip.

Comfortable stay. Everything was clean, easy check in and check out. The morning of check out, the whole family said how they would all love to just stay one more night there and relax the rainy day away in our hotel room! Would definitely stay again. Enjoyed that check out is not until 12.

Place was clean, safe, nice.

Great place to stay with kids. We were remodeling our home and we needed somewhere to stay for a few days. The kitchen is great, had kitchen utensils and silverware and mugs and cups. Didn’t have to move my kitchen pans to the location which was great. Staff was amazing.
