Expensive for the size of the room

Nothing never got to check in Was still charged

Never got to check in as the system wasn't allowing check ins

The hotel was near to the place we were visiting.

The floor in the room was wet from a leak. The tile in the kitchen had pooling water on the floor. The room was beginning to smell due to the water. When I told the person at the front desk at checkout, she said the floor was wet because the room next door is where their WiFi/internet room was located. I’m not sure why they put us in a room that they knew was unacceptable. We only stayed for one night and checked out early the next morning.

This is great hotel. The GM, The Director of Sales-Tiffany and from desk especially CeCe are great and very accommodating. They operate in a spirit of excellence!!! Love it

We loved the friendly staff, the location, the amenities and the cleanliness!

Bathroom was nice, clean and efficient. Desk area is handy.

Bed was not comfortable and too easy to hear other guests through the walls and ceiling. Smells weren't that nice. TV is an odd place compared to the desk and the bed.

100% customer friendly, the staff are very professional and understands the true meaning of customer satisfaction, always having a welcoming smile and ready to help approach. The hotel is very neat and homely. Will highly recommend it and will definitely visit again.
