"Was hoping for better."

The room was just OK. About 0 amenities. No robe, no glasses (well, a plastic cup), no shower cap… Called down for a shower cap first thing in the morning,and it took 35 minutes for one to be delivered. The restaurant and bar were nice. Bartender was very friendly. Location is convenient.

My husband and I live in California. My sister lives in Birmingham Alabama. We stayed here two years ago and had the best experience. We just were there this past weekend and had the same great experience. The finishes, the touches the rooms the lobby everything about this hotel is incredible. I honestly think it’s one of my favorite hotels ever.

2nd time staying here, great location for Homewood. Our room needed vacuuming when we arrived, but they took care of it. Would be nice if there was a pool!

the staff is very friendly, kind and accommodating

The room was not well maintained. The floors were not clean. the bed mattress was poor quality or just worn out. The bathroom floors were not clean.

The rooms and hotel itself are beautiful. The location is also lovely with food and entertainment within walking distance.

There was nothing I didn’t like other than my stay being so shorter. Wish I could’ve stayed longer.

Where to begin. The staff...outstanding, friendly and knowledgeable. The room...super comfortable and clean. The restaurant...OMG!!! The food was divine!!!! A wonderful stay!!! I will definitely have this hotel on my radar for my next trip to Birmingham!
