This is our fifth stay at the Valley Hotel- beautiful property in the heart of Homewood. Ashley always checks us in and is friendly and so welcoming and does a super job. We will return again soon!!

"Southern Charm and Exceptional Customer Service"

Annette and KJ were amazing individuals and were so helpful to me and my family as we stayed 4 nights at their property. They were very attentive to our every need and should be commended for the their high quality customer service and southern charm. I will be back next year for the same baseball tournament and hope to see them again soon. Until next year.

The hotel was clean and was in a great location.

The staff that checked us in was extremely rude and condescending. She criticized me and my husband for using a third party site such as Booking instead of booking directly with the hotel. This hotel didn't even honor the room that we booked. Bad service and false advertisement.

We had issues with major noise from rooms around us. We notified the management after a couple of hours and it was taken care of, but the manager did not reply to our email after our stay. Overall, I would say this isn't something they want their reputation to be.
