The bathroom had mold and mildew in grout and floor. There was a thick coat of dust on the back top of the counter top. There was mud on the bathroom floor from the time I arrived until I left along with a dirty mirror in the entry. The duvet had stains on it. My service plate in the onsite restaurant was dirty. It only held my napkin luckily. The decor and amenities were all beautiful, however the room was filthy.

"Lovely experience at the Valley Hotel"

The hotel is lovely but the service is top notch. Sheena greeted us with a smile and the sweetest, most professional disposition ever and wonderful recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Jay was incredibly helpful in getting our party's bags to our room. Definitely enjoying our stay.

"The Full Experience at the Valley"

Jay, the Supervisor at valet was very courteous and helpful. He described the history of the Valley Hotel in Birmingham. Additionally, Sheena at the front desk was competent, insightful, and resourceful making suggestions for dinner, explaining the benefits of Hilton Honors, and ensuring I was happy with my room location.

This hotel is fabulous- people are all lovely- beginning with Jay the parking attendant/greeter!! Pillows are the best ever, restaurant is delicious and great servers - whole experience is a 10 out of 10!!!! I will be back!

"Best hotel in Birmingham with the best valet parking"

The valley Hilton is my favorite hotel in Birmingham. Conveniently located, with a nice restaurant and other good restaurants within a short walking distance Valet parking is available. Jay, the valet supervisor is the best! He’s an army veteran and is very impressive.
