"Valet Jay"

Valet Jay was outstanding!!!. Our Room was very nice as always and the amenities were the best. My go to place when I come to Bham. A wonderful place for meetings and family gatherings. Wonderful location. Close to many of Bham’s top restaurants.!

The hotel is top notch I stayed here after having lasik eye surgery they allowed me to check in early so I could lay down and rest when we arrived Annette at the valet stand got me a wheelchair and wheeled me to our room and made sure I got in bed and I was comfortable I rate this place a 10/10 definitely recommend staying here best food best shopping around

"Ms,Pugh and Ms. Annette are the best!"

Ms. Pugh and Ms. Annette ore the best! Everyone was great. There are tons of restaurants nearby and the small town square is right by also. Ms. Pugh at the checkout desk and Ms, Annette the valet literally got my day started with a smile! :) very very friendly staff here! The restaurant on site is like fine dining.

Bag of food left in hallway overnight till next afternoon. Flooding on first floor closed coffee bar & restaurant. Just inconvenient. Staff was very friendly & nice. When it cost as much as it does to stay here we expect better.

"Exceptional"

This was one of the best hotels where I've ever stayed. The rooms were beautifully done and the fitness center was robust with every piece of equipment I would ever need. The staff was so friendly and helpful, especially parking valets Annette and Matt Pigg. I will stay here the next time I'm in town!
