"Hotel is very standard"

Location was perfect near to the 5th avenue

I requested for 2 separate bed but unfortunately they charged me for the whole week

It was clean

The elevator was broken, we had rooms on the sixth floor and no one gave us a notice beforehand. Sinks and showers on the sixth floor run out of water. Staff offered sex work unprompted.

"Bright modern hotel with a few deficits if you’ve got mobility issues."

Modern, centrally located hotel with very friendly front staff team. Conveniently located just one block from the quieter end of 5th Avenue. Close to Calle 38 and the great restaurants in that lovely part of Playa del Carmen. The king superior rooms are spacious with a couch and a balcony.

It was hard to get hot water in the shower. There were motion sensor lights in the stairwell that didn’t work very well. The stairs are curved and there are no handrails. The elevator was out of service during our stay.

Place was basic, but clean, and a good location. This end of 5th is much slower than the rest. Which was good and bad.
