Collection o hotel Marvic

The location was good, close to shops and restaurants. Its just a place to sleep, clean up and go explore.

The hotel is quite nice however the front of the building is noisy at night and the back is much quieter after midnight when the live music stops. The staff are helpful. However, there is. O English television stations available and that is a must have for many.

The room was in poor conditions, dirty and with a kitchen I did not ask for. The cleaners did not clean the room and left the garbage from the previous guests. The staff was useless and unable to address or improve the stay. The bedsheets were disgusting and the bathroom had dirt all over the place. The room had a window that faced a wall and felt claustrophobic.

Staff were amazing and extremely friendly and helpful. The foot top bar was not open at all, which was a bit of a let down. The root top pool itself is nice and a great place to hangout. We were able to bring in outside beverages (no glass) and enjoy them with our feet in the pool. We booked a suite with a balcony and we could see glimpses of ocean view, while still being close enough to 5th Ave strip. This end of 5th Ave is quieter but still lovely, just has less pushy vendors. As LGBTQ travellers we felt comfortable here.

I wish we had a mini fridge or something to keep drinks cold.

I haven’t find any upgrade. They gave a room on a main floor very close to the lobby

The hotel was located within easy walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. The beach was about 5 minutes away, so very walkable. The suite itself had no view, the window faced into the building next door about 5 feet away, but it also blocked any noise from the street. Would stay again.

The cleanliness of the room was really poor and the sheets had blood on them and the kitchen was absolutely filthy!! Absolutely disgusting

Every member of the staff was so friendly kind and super helpful.the best . Studio was super ,quiet, good kitchen location location
