Ich möchte unbedingt eine Bewertung über dieses außergewöhnlich schöne Hotel schreiben. Vom ersten Moment an war alles perfekt: Bereits die herzliche Begrüßung am Flughafen mit kühlen, erfrischenden Tüchern ließ uns sofort ankommen. Der Check-in erfolgte entspannt und äußerst zuvorkommend in den Sesseln der Lobby, während wir und unser Gepäck komfortabel per Buggy zur Villa gebracht wurden. Unsere Villa (Nr. 5021) ließ keinerlei Wünsche offen: großzügig geschnitten, mit einem privaten 50 m² Pool, einer stets hervorragend bestückten Minibar und einem Service auf absolutem Luxusniveau. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Concierge-Service, der jederzeit über WhatsApp erreichbar ist und sich um jedes Anliegen kümmert – schnell, diskret und zuverlässig. Auch der tägliche Wäscheservice war ein zusätzlicher, sehr geschätzter Komfort. Das Frühstück war schlichtweg beeindruckend: eine riesige Auswahl an frischem Obst, Säften, über 20 Kaffeespezialitäten und vieles mehr – hier bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Ein absolutes Highlight war das Restaurant „Oku“: ein herausragender Koch, der uns bei jedem Besuch mit individuell zusammengestellten Menüs begeistert hat. Wir waren gleich zweimal dort – und jedes Mal war es ein kulinarisches Erlebnis auf höchstem Niveau. Wir reisten mit zwei Kindern, und auch hier wurde an alles gedacht: Der Kinderclub hat sich liebevoll und professionell um die Kleinen gekümmert, während wir entspannt Zeit im Fitnessbereich verbringen konnten. Ein sehr neues, stilvolles und hochwertiges Luxushotel, das in jeder Hinsicht überzeugt. Absolute Empfehlung!
