Lack of parking. Although this was correctly flagged up at booking, unfortunately the loading bay spaces in front of the building were not available & were closed off. Inconvenient in the rain. Otherwise free overnight parking was found nearby at town hall.

The room was very nice with a beautiful view. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast in the room was a really nice treat

disappointed that there no mention of no lift and our room was on the 2nd floor when I had a disabled guest!

Location was in the middle of town, great location. Parking was an issue, but we found a side street. The Room we had was the Euro room and it was very spacious and the bathroom was equally as big. Penhaligon products available to use, which was a lovely bonus. Breakfast is served in the room, and in the euro room, the view was perfect for breakfast. The food was delicious too.

It was perfect. Absolutely gorgeous and peaceful. Just a beautiful place!

The cold tap on the left sink in the Dollar Suite bathroom did not work but it was not really much of an inconvenience - just wanted you to know!

Central location. World class breakfast

Shower was dangerously slippery and water temperature very hot at coldest setting. There was a repetitive squealing noise which thankfully did not continue after hours.

Location location location Comfort, cleanliness & views were fabulous! We loved sitting at the window and observing the gorgeous views. The breakfast was excellent too and free overnight parking was a lovely 10 minute walk away.
