"Worst hotel & awful staff"

Absolute horror show. They cancelled my booking without informing me. I arrived for a late check-in to discover that my booking was cancelled & there were no rooms available, leaving me a frantic few hours trying to arrange accomodation which cost me around £150. Since then I have been struggling to get a refund. Staff are very rude, aggressive and utterly unhelpful. Within a few moments of starting a call with them the person on the phone began shouting over the top of me & insulting me with bad language. Avoid this dump at all costs.

"Would stay again, little dated but clean , worth the money"

Nice and clean, friendly staff

Unfortunately,restaurant wasn’t open and shower didn’t have hot water in one of the rooms

"Disgusting and waste of money"

wouldn’t recommend hotel rooms arent clean the sheets are stained,cupboards are falling apart, the bathroom flush didn’t work, the radiator was leaking the thing that disgusts me from this hotel we bad dead rats outside our room and our room was like living in a insect hotel definitely wouldnt recommend if you dont like big spiders or moths ect apart from that staff is lovely.. honestly wish i could get a refund
