La Birkenhead House que es parte del Grupo Royal Portfolio que tiene 4 de los mejores hoteles del país, la Biekenhead House es un hotel encantador de 12 habitaciones, decoradas cada una de manera diferente con antigüedades y muebles de calidad y sabanas y toallas excepcionales. Lo mejor del hotel es el servicio que además de profesional e impecable es cálido, acogedor y se desviven por el huésped. Son 58 para 12 habitaciones y son fantásticos todos. La cocina es sabrosa, sana y muy cuidada, las vistas espectaculares. La llegada al hotel es un poco sorprendente pues la entrada del hotel es muy poco impresionante y la recepción es de bolsillo aunque muy cuca con una pequeña Boutique con ropa y artesanías de toda Sudáfrica, incluso alguna antigüedad. En resumen un lugar de ensueño para desconectar y recargar pilas.

"Hotel impecável "

O local é maravilhoso! Super recomendo! A vista é linda e o amanhecer e entardecer tem vistas incríveis. O atendimento no hotel é exclusivo, os funcionários se esmeram em nos atender da melhor forma. Para se ter uma ideia eu tenho alergia a camarão, e os cardápios das refeições já vinham com a opção de substituição para ela. O funcionário Chris deu ótimas recomendações de passeios em vinícolas e vinhos que tomamos durante as refeições. As instalações do quarto foram ótimas bem como roupa de cama e toalhas.

"Best hotel in South Africa!"

In my humble opinion: Best hotel in South Africa! Just So Luxurious . The staff are beyond delightful and they predict what you want even before you want it! Wonderful location over the best beach in Hermanus. A little way from the centre but they will drive you in and out. Wonderful walking along Coast Path. Delicious food. Beautiful paintings and furniture everywhere. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

"A perfect stay"

Wow, wow, wow!! What an absolute wonderful stay! We are so in awe of this wonderful hotel. The glory of God rests so heavy here! We couldn’t have chosen a better destination to celebrate our birthdays. The team really went above and beyond! A special thanks to Ntombi from Head office for arranging everything, Shane and Nikita for the wonderful welcome, Sandile and Ms C for the insightful conversations throughout our stay, Bonolo for the incredible laughs at reception and Robyn for the BEST massage ever and let’s not forget Chef Clive for taking care of all our food requests.
