Our stay at the Mission Pacific Hotel in San Diego was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for my family. Everyone we encountered was so friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. The room was beautiful—clean, spacious, and with an incredible view that made every morning feel special. We truly enjoyed every part of our stay, from the relaxing atmosphere to the thoughtful touches throughout the hotel. My family had such a wonderful time, and we’re already talking about coming back. Thank you to the entire Mission Pacific team for making our trip unforgettable!

My son and I stayed at the Mission Pacific Resort October 25. This was the best service I’ve ever had. The staff was incredible and was accommodating to all of our needs. This resort is absolutely beautiful and is walking distance to the beach and several shops and restaurants. They treated us like royalty and we will definitely be back very soon. I highly recommend the Mission Pacific Resort when staying in Oceanside.

Wonderful weekend for staycation! Hotel is very new and loved the signature scent of jasmine and other floral ambiance. Walkable to everything and some old california beach vibe. Roof top pool and lounge was relatively small but just right for more intimate feel. Great place to have few drinks and snacks. The view is unbeatable.

Mission Pacific Resort in Oceanside provided an excellent and memorable stay for me and my wife. Celebrating our anniversary my Hyatt Concierge communicated our reason for celebrating and the suite was decorated with balloons and celebratory small gifts and treats. A great reminder of the Globalist Treatment from Hyatt properties. Ashley and Ibrahim at the front desk were excellent and true brand ambassadors. One slight issue with our stay at breakfast was handled with grace and professionalism. We celebrated our 31st anniversary with MP and had such an enjoyable time that we are considering a repeat visit next anniversary. A tip: I booked through American Express Fine Hotels and Resorts and received extra benefits in addition to those for Hyatt elites. The twice a year Amex FHR credit can really save a traveler some money. I recommend the Mission Pacific for those celebrating a special date or just wanting a great stay at the beach. The room was lovely, we got upgraded to an ocean view which made the price worth it. The room was very clean and housekeeping staff were very nice. They refilled our espresso capsules for the machine in our room. Great shower temp and pressure. The steamer and hair dryer in the room were both great.

Without the complementary room upgrade it would not have been as good a value. The pool was closed. We had to go to the seabird to use their pool which required a second key. Breakfast at the seabird was $54 for one adult at the buffet.

The noises at night kept us up at night. The pool was not open during our entire stay because there was a wedding that was using the whole pool area.
