Awesome views of the ocean from the rooms

Great location near the beach and dining in Oceanside. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional. The property isn’t fancy, but it’s well kept and does exactly what you need. Good value for the area—would stay again.

It isn't easy for a hotel to live up to the kind of hype that Mission Pacific has, the top resort hotel in the Continental US, the number 1 hotel in California, etc..., but this property did in spades. From the hard to the soft product, everything was exceptional. My globalist status was not only recognized, but felt genuinely appreciated, from an upgrade to a spectacular king studio sanctuary that was as close to oceanfront as it gets, to breakfast (being the Christmas buffet brunch and far more than $40/person and fully comped), and the other amenities. The multiple pre arrival emails and text messages were greatly appreciated and further made me feel like a valued guest, even with this being a points stay. I also appreciate the personal follow up email from Erick, Guest service manager. The room my wife and I were assigned was in excellent condition. It was a large corner room with windows looking out over the Pacific. The soaking tub was wonderful and I can see the ability to entirely close off the bathroom from the rest of the room useful if traveling with a larger family. We loved the custom scented bath products as well. Our only regret was that our stay was only for one night, but we cannot wait to return and give the restaurant and spa a try. I can't strongly enough recommend staying here.

You want a bit of luxury whilst down in Southern California? Do you want views of some beautiful sunsets? Mission Pacific is right up there…one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The rooms are spacious, with great decor, sleek designs. The balcony made it; to be able to sit with a glass of red and watch the sun setting, hear the waves, watch the surfers…out of this world. It includes the house from the Top Gun movie which is now a cafe; a rooftop bar with gorgeous views; a Michelin star restaurant (reserve ahead) and both a pool and hot tub on the roof. Would I stay here again? Yes…rooms, staff, outlets…they even gave my dog a bag of goodies which contained a Mission Pacific bandana and a frisbee! You won’t regret staying!

What a great hotel. Location was perfect and the staff great. Erick the Front Desk Manager was friendly and made our stay awesome. The views from our suite were spectacular. All around a great escape.

Fantastic Ocean front room, and the noise from the street was not a problem whatsoever (even though we were on the 2nd floor). The service was wonderful, food delicious, lovely gym and that Rooftop Bar was so very memorable - be sure to catch the sunset from there. An overall wonderful stay!

One of my best hotel experiences ever. Beautiful property and excellent setting for a casual business gathering. Rooms were so very comfortable and well appointed. The lobby and adjacent outdoor gathering spaces were absolutely beautiful and so very comfortable. I'll be back.

Our company holiday party was hosted on the rooftop bar and it was literally AMAZING! We stayed on-site and I couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. I REALLY hope to get the opportunity to go back for a personal vacation!

Overall it’s good hotel to spend the weekend for family trip. Maybe we visited during holiday season. Did not feel much welcome from valet parking workers or front desk. Did not offed card key for seabird hotel but were notified that we have access. Stuck in the elevator and had to went back to get the key
