Great location. Amazing to be able to walk to both old town Rovinj and the beaches. The pool was very well used by all the family. When we did have a problem - like the broken parasol - a man from Avior came out to fix it quickly.

The air conditioning unit in the top apartment did not work well all week and on the final night stopped working altogether. Overall the quality of the finish was a little disappointing for the amount spent on the villa.

Lovely quiet location handy via a short walk to beaches, coves, woods, play areas, supermarkets and restaurants/cafe's.

It was all good but a few more basic supplies in the kitchen would be welcome, sugar, oil, ketchup etc.

La piscine était appréciable et le quartier agréable et le parking inclus.

Nous étions au 3e niveau de la villa via un escalier peu sécurisé. À éviter avec des enfants en bas âge ou avec des personnes souffrant de vertige. Les toilettes étaient dans la salle de bains alors à 4 c’était compliqué. La climatisation était uniquement dans le salon et dans une chambre. De plus elle était bruyante.Nous avons beaucoup souffert de la chaleur. Sans Clim la chambre d’enfant était suffocante. Il faudrait au moins prévoir deux ventilateurs. Dommage cela nous a un peu gâché le séjour.

This house has everything you need! My family and I really enjoyed this accommodation out of all the stays we had in Croatia! The house is even located near to a rental bike shop (which is owned by a super friendly and amazing lady!) which made it super easy just rent a bike and cycle around. Otherwise, it is a very chill walk through the neighbourhood into the bustling old town.
