Modular Rooms

Great location near metro, everything is walkeble. And clean.

Cleaner started vacuming at 8.30 in the morning. Everything is really loud you hear sounds from other rooms aswell as street. Because of the room you donr really make contact with your roomies.

Excellent location. The bed was comfortable, the check-in was absolutely perfect, even though I got there at 2am...

A bit of noise from other rooms opening and closing doors. It can be dampened by the air conditioning if you turn it on. It would be nice to have a water filter to fill bottles.

Inattentive to cleanliness. Got bit by bed bugs, causing us to have to do laundry for all our clothes to avoid bringing them with us to the next destination. The property was unbothered and showed little concern when I advised them of the issue upon check out. They were more worried about us checking out on time to be able to turn the room over to the next guests. I received zero compensation for the issue. Good location I’ll give them that.

You can hear the neighbors. Our room was downstairs, so there were sounds from the room on top of us all night.

Good environment, spotless cleaning

We have booked in this property the so-called "1 room Deluxe XL for two" in the Modulo Deluxo XL en habitación mixta compartida de 3 modules. In fact, there are 3 rooms. Two other rooms were indeed like on the photos from booking.com, and the third room (ours) has nothing in common with the presented on the site information and pictures. The size of the room was way less in compare of 2 other rooms; the sound isolation was miserable: we listened the sound of other guests (their bed) who made love in the module upper; no table, no window and the most horrible thing is that it is impossible to leave the room w/o ur roommate because in this room the bad is folding. When the bed is in the normal location to sleep, it occupies 100% of the room square. It is my first experience with booing.com for the last 15 years as a client, when I feel myself a victim of mischief.

The location is abs fantastic! The kitchen area is modern and cozy with all equipment you need. The shared bathroom for 3 rooms was spotless indeed, bravo! Overall I love the idea of modular / capsul rooms and use it often in my trips. Shame and of a great sadness, that my experience in Madrid with this property was so unsatisfactory
