Perfect location. Very close to a metro station.

Friendly staff and comfortable accommodation. Very efficient and low cost. Very secure. Recommend for backpackers and anyone on a budget.

This property blatantly lied on Google and Expedia. This is NOT a hotel, it’s a hostel. Rooms are not like they are shown on the website, they are cubes. The door to the room stopped working, and the staff did nothing about it. They refused to move us, despite many rooms being available, we even offered to pay more. There was 0 ventilation into the rooms, effectively turning them into ovens. There are Air conditioners in the corridors, however they weren’t used at all despite requests. This place was absolutely abysmal and I recommend everyone coming to Madrid to avoid this place at all costs.

It was a deluxe capsule with double bed: - location is good - very close to the tourist attractions and metro - the bed was comfortable, but not very big, if you are over 180cm be prepared to bend your knees - the shared between 3 capsules bathroom was clean and comfortable

When another guest arrived in the middle of the night at the capsule above ours, there were a lot of creaking and cracking sounds (presumably from the guest movements), until the guest completely settled down for the night, which was pretty uncomfortable

Great location. Room was comfortable and clean.
