Brio Beach Inn

Everything. The room was great for one person and it had a view of beautiful Grand Traverse East Bay, and a wonderful Beach.

Nothing!

So clean and comfortable! Excellent waterfront Inn with a great beach. We ate our dinner at one of the many tables right by the water.

We loved everything!

Location of the Brio is great, right on the bay. Room was large enough for a couple but would seem cramped for a family with children. Wasn’t very clean and no maid service while we were there. I would stay again because of the location but cleaning Staff should do a better job.

Patrica was the best. Friendly, Greeted us, and explained the facilities and gave us some suggestions for restaurants and things to do. Again in the morning was just as pleasant.

If staying for a longer period of time may not have staying there since room was small. But was fine for an overnight stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from check-in to check- out. The friendly service and care was much appreciated. Our location in an accessible lower floor room made a difference. We loved our deck overlooking Lake Michigan. My only regret is that I didn't take the time to jump in for a swim!

The inn is in a nice spot, not too far from Front St (10min). Our room, unfortunately, was right next to the office. We were woken up earlier than desired by the noise they made while preparing breakfast. Not a huge deal. Going back to the beginning of our stay. Some of the room was dirty upon settling in. The bathroom floor hadn’t been cleaned. I spilled water and wiped it up and had dirt on the towel. Secondly, our bed sheets were stained and had hair in them that didn’t belong to us. I brought it to the fro my desk agent and she was very attentive to the issue and took care of it right away. When I checked out I mentioned it. I hoped he would consider discounting our stay or something to retain our loyalty. He didn’t. But he invited me back. Unfortunately, he didn’t give me much of a reason to return after I had been let down. Likes: shower, beach access, location, friendly staff, mostly clean rooms.
