Honestly speaking, there is nothing from this resort that someone can say doesn't like about. As far as my family and I are concerned, this hotel is a top notch in everything to dream of.

L’accueil, le personnel, l’emplacement, la qualité des repas et surtout la diversité des repas. Nous avons été surclassé en chambre exécutive avec piscine personnel. C’était magnifique ! Nous allons revenir c’est sur ! 😇

Alt var bare så lækkert og rent.. Dejlige rene og behagelige værelser. Liggestole både på stranden og ved poolen var fantastiske. Alt personale gjorde det så godt. De var imødekommende og havde altid et smil på læben. Alt var luksus.

The cleanliness and facilities were excellent. Beautiful pools, nice beach, excellent sunbeds - the nicest I’ve ever seen! Very new, very well kept. The resort is probably the best one on that strip of the island - it’s even noticeably nicer than its sister resort next door. The event staff were great, water fit and Zumba and darts and Pilates everyday, easy to join and participate in everything. The Argentinian restaurant was nice, it’s not ideal that you have to pay for it if your stay is less than 7 days, but getting 50% off helps. The pickleball/tennis courts were nice - also not great that you have to pay for it, but it’s still a nice option to have. The girl who works at the sports centre doing the booking of the courts is very nice.

It’s not very big. There are limited spaces to be in. The drinks are strong and made with the cheapest alcohol available so everything tasted like rubbing alcohol. The food was repetitive and unimaginative - the “street food” restaurant at the beach was embarrassingly bad, hotdogs floating in tepid water and dried out hamburger patties. The staff, while seemingly attentive, hung around just a little too long expecting tips and quickly cooled off their service once no tip was provided. (I find it hard to pay top dollar for an all-inclusive resort just to be expected to constantly have cash on hand to pay extra when they begrudgingly bring you a drink that you had to go up to the bar to order in the first place) The housekeeping was very basic, and asked if you wanted service instead of just providing it. The Asian restaurant was only ok - mostly a few stir fries and 3 types of sushi - not excellent quality. None of the maintenance nor bar/restaurant staff seemed happy to be there. Also, which isn’t necessarily the resort’s fault, but 40€ for a taxi to the airport (a 20mins ride) seems pretty steep considering that that was the “negotiated rate” arranged by the resort.
