מלון מהמם באמת בצורה לא רגילה!

חוץ מהיופי חוויה מאכזבת ברמות!!!! הגענו מעל ל-15 אנשים לחופשה משפחתית כשאני בתור סוכנת נסיעות המלצתי לכולם על המלון הזה למרות שהמחיר לא היה זול בכלל בלשון המעטה אבל ידעתי מנסיון, יקר מחזיר תמורה ת מ י ד. אני פה להגיד טעיתי ומזל שאלו המשפחה שלי ולא לקוחות שלי!!!! התנהגות של חלק מהעובדים משפילה כלפי ישראלים, גזענית, אלימה ובריונית. לאחד מאיתנו היה חדר עם בריכה לכן החלטנו להתפנק שם באחד מהצהריים, התקשרנו לבקש קרח ומיד הבנו שאין שירות חדרים והתבקשנו ללכת לבר לבקש. כשאחד מאיתנו הלך וביקש 8 כוסות קרח התגובה שקיבלנו ״אה אתה לוקח הרבה כי אתם ישראלים״ בצהריים ובערב מסתובב באזור הבר המרכזי עובד נמוך קומה שתפקידו להוות מעין אטרקציה ולשעשע את האורחים. בלילה הראשון ניגש אלינו בחיוך וששון ושאל מאיפה אנחנו כשנאמר לו שאנחנו מישראל הוא ענה ״חשבתי אינדיאן״ והתרחק, מאותו היום הוא היה עובר שולחן שולחן ופשוט מדלג עלינו בהפגנתיות בצורה מבזה! חלק מעובדי הבר ממש לא היו מעוניינים לתת לנו שירות ולא חסכו בפרצופים נועצים שגרמו לנו לאי נוחות. באחד מהימים ישבנו באזור הבר בצהריים לאחר שהיינו בבריכה והגלגל של הילד שלי בן ה-3 חודשיים היה לצידנו עובד הבר שכבר ידענו לומר מי ממש לא סובל אותנו ומי עוד מצליח להיות צבוע ולהתגבר על השנאה הוא פשוט לקח את הגלגל וזרק למים מהסיבה ״לא ראיתי אף אחד שזה שייך לו״ מיד שהערנו לו על זה הוא פשוט לקח כיסא לידנו ודחף אותו בצורה אלימה!!!! שם זה חצה גבול ופשוט עזבנו את אזור הבריכה!!! מאותו הרגע אי אפשר היה לא לשים לב שכולם שם מתלחששים עלינו ומתנהגים בצורה שמביישת מלון ברמה הזו. לא מיהרתי לשפוט וניגשתי לספר למנהל על החוויה המאכזבת לא קיבלתי שום תגובה עניינת אך נאמר שיטופל והוא יגיע אלינו לחדר כמובן שמיותר לציין שלא הגיע ולא טופל עדיין לא שפטתי ובחרתי לשלוח מייל למלון שזה לא יפול בין הכיסאות כי אם אקבל תגובה הולמת זה ישפר לגמרי את דעתי. האם קיבלתי תגובה מהם? ״תיהיי סבורה שיצרו איתך קשר בקרוב״ האם יצרו? ממש ממש לא. בקיצור לא אמליץ, לא אחזור, ואנחנו הישראלים לא צריכים לפרנס מלון כזההה!!!!! בושה בושה בושה, מאכזב מאכזב מאכזב.

Food (especially Asian restaurant), location and service

Seafood grill in the greek taverna was either overcooked (burned) or undercooked. The person responsible for the grill was very rude and not an adequate person as it was impossible even to explain him what you want or what is wrong
