Un bel établissement sur leur site internet qui ne reflète pas la réalité

Ce n’est pas un 5 étoiles. Hôtel trop grand, impersonnel, sans charme. Piscines froides pas très propres. Impossible d’avoir un transat sauf à la plage. Chambre quelconque, nettoyage quotidien fait à la va vite. Choix important aux buffets au détriment de la qualité, ce n’est vraiment pas bon. Impossible de commander quoi que ce soit après la fermeture des restaurants et bars qui ferment tôt. Quasi pas de musique, ambiance 0, animations nulles. Hôtel trop loin de la ville, rien à côté à part d’autres hôtels. Personnel peu souriant, on ne nous a même pas demandé comment s’était passé notre séjour à notre départ Très mauvais rapport qualité/prix. Heureusement que l’on y est resté que 3 nuits. On ne reviendra pas

Wundervolles Hotel welches wir sehr empfehlen können. Vom Empfang über den Aufenthalt und dem dargebotenen Service war alles sehr zufriedenstellend. Die Anlage war sehr sauber und hatte von Anfang an eine einladende Erscheinung. Wir waren für 8 Nächte in diesem Hotel und haben uns durchgehend wohl gefühlt.

The food was great, the grounds were well cared for and clean. The lit-up fountains at night were so pretty and really set a vibe. The spa is incredible. Highly recommend!

We were there late in the season and didn’t realize that none of the outdoor pools are heated. Therefore they were freezing and unusable. Obviously, that’s not the resort’s fault but it was a little bit of a bummer. We were able to swim in the ocean (which was warmer than the pools!)

Struttura Moderna, con un’architettura molto bella. Il mare di Creta è molto bello e il cibo era molto buono con personale sempre attento a tutti gli ospiti e disponibile.

Sulla pulizia delle camere si può fare meglio, in 4 notti il vetro del bagno non è mai stato pulito. Ci stavano anche degli insetti in giro, forse per via del fatto che fosse fine ottobre, magari c’è stato un piccolo calo di attenzione. Niente di non sopportabile comunque.

We stayed for 4 nights and had an amazing experience! The hotel is beautiful, very high standard, with spacious rooms like 5 stars hotel should be. The staff were wonderful everywhere, from reception to the restaurants and sports facilities, always friendly and eager to help. The food was available around the clock and always fresh and delicious, with great variety. The sports facilities balanced perfectly with the culinary side, and the location with its stunning views made it even more special. Truly a perfect family holiday, can’t wait to come back!
