Virtual check in was different. Elevator needs Jesus. Bathroom was ik but tub needs replacing and the touch up paint job was 2 shades lighter than the original color. Bathroom faucet was too short so water went all over the place. Pillows were flat. Thin walls and LOUD neighbors.

Everything was dirty and smelly sheets has some stain and i wasnt feeling confortble sleeping on those dirty beds

The room had a foul odor. The bathtub was filthy. The bathroom door had a large hole in it.

One good person but the rest were very inconsiderate

the room itself was great, full fridge, stove top, microwave, clean bedding. the STAFF make this establishment a 0 star rating and that is due too being overcharged for fees that contridicted there rules stated in there lobby!!

For the price this hotel was ok, the room was clean and there was no noise or disturbances, there was no room service but stores and restaurants are very close by.

The bed and pillows smelled like body sweat. I booked for two nights and left after one. I was told to check out by 11;00 for a refund. They refuse to refund me. They say that housekeeping smelled the pillows and couldn't smell anything. Of course they would say that!

I booked two nights and wanted a refund for the second night because the bed, pillows smelled like body sweat! There was no one at the hotel just a computer and I immediately contacted them first thing in the morning. I was told that management had to be called but couldn't call them until 11:00 am but that if I wanted a refund I needed to be out by 11:00. I checked out at 9:00 am to go to a funeral and they never called me back. I called today and I won't get a refund. Do not go here!!! If you do check the bed first thing.
