There was a bullet hole in my window. The sheets on the bed was dirty. The toilet did not flush. They had Crack heads in front of hotel.

The stay was better than expected; the room was clean and because I saw many reviews showing complaints about bed bugs and crouches, however didn’t see any bed bugs or crouches’. I requested a non smoking room, however during my stay early in the morning and about 5 PM the smell of cigarette smoke was very strong; don’t know where it was coming from. I didn’t see anybody smoking inside or corridors but it probably was coming from the outside even they have posts that no one should smoke within 8 feet from the building I saw employees smoking just next to the main entrance door. At check in I was surprised to be charged a security deposit for $ 50.00, so I was expecting the hotel provide kitchenware, however the hotel does not provide anything nor even a glass cup or ice container, no coffee maker or toaster in the room, still asking myself what is the purpose of a security deposit. Comparing to other 2 stars hotels around Home Towne Studios is expensive given the service level, however the cigarette odor is the most important factor. Also another annoying issue is that maintenance workers were doing calquing bathrooms and kitchens, and room windows, no signs were posted letting occupants know they were doing this chore during occupancy, These maintenance chores needs to be planned in advance giving guests plenty time however not only bother me but also several other guests who commented they were construction workers who work at night and sleep during the day.

First the sheets on the bed was dirty. The tub was dirty and had a smell to it. I would never stay again

Staff was great. Price was good for what u get. And no bugs was there for 7 nights.

It was the most dirtiest property I stayed at floors were black bathroom was dirty black ring around tub

Beds very hard uncomfortable and I paid for a dirty room

Gave me the Wong room wouldn’t change it and then the room was dirty no internet tv doesn’t work and terrible customer service
