Comfortable bed. Updated decor. Cable with plenty of options to choose from. Close to restaurants. Full size fridge and microwave. Very reasonable security deposit.

Common areas not updated making them look extremely dirty. Check in kiosk where I had to talk by video to someone making the check in process a lot longer than necessary. No black out curtains. Blinds only block so much light.

I like that it was clean

Check was through a machine no human contact they say someone at the front desk 24 hours when I called down for a ironing board in iron they could not get it to me until after seven and I was leaving the hotel by six

The hotel was convenient from where I needed to go but I didn’t like the smell or look walking in. The room was missing a remote and staff tried to fix but it never worked. So I didn’t like the fact we had to stay with no tv.

You checked in with a screened kiosk live person, no room service, no telephone in rooms. Screaming children running in the hall could not rest. No room service. Could not get clean towels or iron Will not revisit this place

The noise was terrible and the not clean at all. Had to ask for linens and wasn’t even offered enough for all 4 of my family members to shower.

There was no receptionist, it was a screen with a webcam with someone checking me in. The whole transaction felt sketchy and I didn’t get the king size room I booked. It was smelly and unsafe so I instantly left to find a better hotel.

Everything was good except they accused me of smoking in the room, which I did not and took my deposit. I feel like they lied just to take my deposit.!!! They have no proof of me smoking in any room because I did not and it did not smell like smoke!!! Everything was good except they lie to keep your money

The cleanliness of the room and comfortability

The location on the corner of a busy highway, and not much parking.

The staff was very helpful when our TV wasn't working and when we couldn't figure out our AC. They even helped with our toilet and cleaned and replaced our towels while doing so. And our light under the microwave needed to be replaced too. I thought you guys provided things like silverware, plates, cups etc... but I was wrong. I wish we'd still had a lamp or some kind of light at or near the dinner table as it's too dark for me. The only other thing is the 50 dollar deposit when checking in. I almost didn't have it. Thank goodness you took cash. I like this place though and hope to be back.
