Crockfords Las Vegas, LXR Hotels & Resorts at Resorts World

I was immediately greeted with the best Energy and Customer Service I have ever experienced ant any hotel by Stephanie at the front desk at the Crockford. She’s a true asset and she should be moving up the corporate ladder very very quickly or I’m never coming back here.

We stayed at the Crockford Hotel Las Vegas for a week and found the hotel to be Excellent! We stayed in a one bedroom suite with a strip view. The suite was large and an excellent standard. All the staff from the doormen to reception were Very polite and helpful and made you feel welcome, They knew it was my wife's birthday during our stay and on arrival they gave us a glass of champagne and brought some coated strawberry's and a card for her birthday which we both found to be a VERY nice thought. We couldn't fault the Crockford Hotel or Resorts World in any way. We have stayed in other luxury hotels in Las Vegas and found the Crockford to be more customer focused making you feel special and not just another guest staying at their hotel. It’s a Hilton. Don’t expect a luxurious experience. The food options were great and casino is bright and clean. They boast that Crockfords is an exclusive experience but half of the Crockfords rooms are in a separate area that you have to cross through the other side of the hotel to access. This explains why the gorgeous lobby was empty. We made a last minute decision and came a day early, using our points here thinking that it might ruin our stay at the Wynn… yeah no. To top it off, we came back from dinner and spent an hour in the hallway waiting for maintenance to come change the battery in our door so that we could get in our room. The front desk attendant did stay with us for the entirety of that time but gave a us a parting “have a great evening” and nothing else. Many years ago, I used to teach a Hilton Honors class about how to change a bad experience into an exceptional response. I don’t think he’s ever attended that class. A simple gesture like a bottle of wine or some small accommodation would have saved the day. Instead, I just crossed Crockfords off my list. Tourism is down in Vegas and maybe you can easily blame politics or whatever, BUT MAYBE it’s the service that’s down making people not want to spend their money here.

The Resorts World property is such a train wreck, I don’t know where to begin. It doesn’t matter if I book direct, through Hilton (Diamond member for 15 years) or through Amex FHR, there are always billing issues. This last stay, they double billed me for the room even though I prepaid through Amex FHR, they failed to apply the F&B credits properly, didn’t give me an early check in, and then were hounding me to check out at 11am even though they confirmed my late check out. I have zero issues when I stay across the street at The Wynn. They always give out early check in and late check out, there are never any billing issues with the room or credits, and they treat me like a king there, even though I barely spend any money at the property. At Resorts World, I spend money on food (usually eat dinner at Carversteak every time), drink and gaming, not to mention my Hilton status, and I get nothing but issues and headaches. To add insult to injury, my credit card got hacked after using their janky scan to park nonsense.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Celine at the Front Desk was absolutely outstanding! Even though it was really difficult to get a late checkout until 4 PM due to my flight being changed, she went above and beyond to make it happen. She didn’t give up until she found a way. That’s exactly what true hospitality is about — never saying “no” to your guest, but instead saying “let me see what I can do.” Celine embodies that spirit perfectly. She was professional, kind, and genuinely cared about helping. She truly deserves recognition and growth within the company — people like her are the reason guests keep coming back. Incredible service!

The staff is amazing but Stephanie and Danka were the best. From the time we walked in, they have made this a very easy and memorable trip. We felt so special the moment we walked in. Thank you both for everything!

We stayed at Crockfords Las Vegas for our babymoon, and it was absolutely perfect. The staff were amazing—so kind, accommodating, and genuinely caring. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and spotless, with incredible amenities. I especially loved the bath caviar—such a luxurious touch! Huge thanks to the general manager, Alexandra and the Ghost Kitchen general manager, Eli for making our stay extra special. Every detail was thoughtful and made us feel truly pampered. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to come back once our little one arrives!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The service was curated and thoughtful from beginning to end. We were visiting from Los Angeles for our babymoon, and the entire experience felt relaxing, luxurious, and personalized. Every detail made us feel special and well cared for. We can’t wait to return soon — next time with our daughter!

Was supposed to get a room with a view of the strip. Unfortunately we got the room 05169 that overlooked the air conditioning duct. We didn’t stay in the room that night and stayed at another hotel. Not good
