Crockfords Las Vegas, LXR Hotels & Resorts at Resorts World

By far, one of the best hospitality experiences! The suite was incredibly gorgeous (omg that marble bathroom and walk in closet!) with the best Byredo products, (couldn't get enough of the bath caviar!) and the Theragun was such an appreciated touch during a conference week! You couldn't find a spot or flaw anywhere you looked, everything was sparkling clean. The amenities were spectacular (although it was hard to leave the room!) from the most luxurious and unique spa, to the most diverse & inspiring restaurant/lounge options (best views of LV at Alle Lounge!), to such a beautiful pool below the giant LED displays, etc. - so much fun! The location couldn't have been more perfect, I was able to easily crossover to the convention center, bounce between the other luxury properties on the strip, visit the Sphere, etc. - and such a cool Tesla tunnel that speedily takes you directly to several places on the strip! From setting foot on property, the lovely staff was so happy, welcoming, and accommodating! They just blew me away: • Zach at check-in was so wonderful – I was a bit stressed upon check-in (unrelated to the stay) and his calm & happy demeanor was such a great vibe shift! • Marshall the bellhop was so friendly & helpful • Justy on the phone had such a great energy, so attentive • Denise, David, and Mirela were so great with helping drop things off at the room • Selene was so lovely, we were laughing on the phone like friends • Myoo was one of the best highlights! So friendly, such happy energy, he absolutely made my day • Mathew & Moses were so wonderful helping check out as well And most of all, the Crockfords GM, Aleksandra Kotle, and Resorts World VP of Hotel Operations, Shannon McCallum, were absolutely phenomenal! Their intentionality and thoughtfulness shown through every detail (thank you so much for the Veuve!), and you could easily tell the wonderful culture they've created by the way their employees respond to them on property, and the way they speak highly of them when not around - that positive work environment significantly makes the guest experience even more elevated. The personalization the team provided was so fantastic and, overall, it was simply the best atmosphere I've had the chance to experience in Las Vegas - can't wait to come back to Resorts World, especially Crockfords, again & again!!

Hotel was gorgeous. Room was perfect! Staff was on top of everything. Would definitely recommend staying at Crockford.

My friends stayed at this hotel for a girls trip. Fantastic choice and will return! Beautiful lobby- amazing pool- and the rooms were spacious and modern and beautiful (especially the bathroom!) Staff were very thoughtful and attentive. I had an especially great experience with team member Stephanie and manager Jiries who helped me resolve small issues with care and compassion. Will return with hubby!

Our first stay at The Crockfords was absolutely exceptional! The resort and rooms are beautiful, modern, and luxurious, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the amazing concierge service that Christina Hernandez had provided. She went above and beyond to make sure we had an incredible time — from personalized recommendations to thoughtful touches throughout our stay. The front desk agent and the General Manager, Aleksandra Kotle also provided some of the best customer service we’ve ever experienced. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making our visit special. We will definitely be back — thank you to the entire Crockfords team for making our first stay so memorable!

Service was exceptional. Room was modern and spacious. We would request towels, food and other services, it was probably the fastest service I've ever gotten in Vegas. The Zoox service was recently added to Resort World, and it made is remarkably easy to get from the Crockford to the Luxor/Mandalay area. I would stay here again.

When we arrived we were greeted warmly by Stephanie. She was absolutely amazing, answered all of our questions and made sure we were well taken care of since we arrived early (maybe 4 hours befire check in). It was my wife's birthday so we got champagne, and Stephanie made sure we got a beautiful room which was ready by the time we grabbed a bite to eat. The property and staff are amazing and we got the service that is to be expected at this resort. Would definitely come back. Stephanie was there again the next morning and we were able to talk while I grabbed some of the complimentary bites in the lobby area. She gave me some really good recommendations to take my wife around Vegas for her birthday. Thank you to her and the staff for making sure my wife's birthday as special as it could be.

An excellent stay from start to finish. The best, most attentive and helpful staff in Vegas. The little extras make this hotel the only place to go and well worth the money. The dedicated pool meant there was always a lounger available, in a prime position, even on the busier days.

It all starts with the Amazing staff. Incredibly kind and professional. The room/suite was beautiful! As you would expect in this category of hotel, everything was perfect.
