My family and I stayed one night at Crockfords, and from the moment we arrived, Stephanie at the front desk made the experience outstanding. She was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain my Amex benefits and details about the resort. Her warm and welcoming approach made us feel truly appreciated and set the tone for a wonderful stay. We stayed in the Crockfords West 65th, and the room was amazing. It was beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for our family. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. Thank you, Stephanie, for making our stay so memorable!

The rooms star from 59 th floor was a pleasant surprise. It made our stay amazing. The number of restaurants inside and quality of the food is just outstanding. Can’t wait to come back again.

We are on our last day of a 6 night 7 day stay. This is a repeat visit. The hotel is beautiful and spotless everywhere although quieter than many other hotels in Vegas. Rooms are amazing and spacious with spectacular views. We had a strip view. Wonderful toiletries etc, turn down service every night, complimentary coffee machine and a small fridge for personal use. Complimentary light breakfast and coffee every day which is brilliant. Crockfords has its own pool area which is lovely and is supported by amazing people who look after you. Special thanks to Alex and Michael, Emilie and Casey who give such excellent customer service. We were surprised to find the Crockfords pool and the main pool were closing down from Monday this week, however the management did decide to keep the Crockfords pool open, at least for another week we are told. Another smaller pool is still open. We visited Dawg House and Juniors to eat (we didn’t go into the District as it’s very pricey) so we ate at other places out and about. The casino is large and spacious and lots of tables and machines to choose from. We visited Alle on 66 twice. Stunning place and we loved it. We requested a late checkout on our room as we have a late flight which reception couldn’t confirm or otherwise until today . Unfortunately they couldn’t accommodate, however they were able to give us an extra hour (large convention in the hotel so fully booked) which was much appreciated. The reception staff were very helpful (not sure of ladies names, sorry). It is however still the case that the hotel pays out less than others (Wynn & Bellagio for example) Overall though we do love the hotel and will definitely come again.

Overall experience was not great: Check-in was over an hour late. Missed my reservation for dinner because of it. No offer to hold my bags so I could at least try to make my reservation. The fancy toilets ran all night. Very noisy. The AC couldn’t get the room below 73 despite setting it for 65. And this was in November. Couldn’t imagine a Vegas summer night. The bed creaked with every little movement. The room itself was nice and spacious. Big shower, two toilets, big closet area. But I won’t be coming back due to the aforementioned issues.

We had a fantastic stay at Crockfords. Upon checking in , Stephanie met us with a pleasant smile and an upbeat attitude. Not only did she check us in, offer us a champagne toast, but she walked us to our room, asked if she could enter with us and gave us a run down on lights, tv, and all the room had to offer. She also saved our feet by showing us a few shortcuts!! We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay! Will definitely be back.

Crockfords Las Vegas is our new go-to luxury property while traveling to and through the area. We just completed another excellent 3 day stay and enjoyed every minute of it. From the pools to the dining options and being attached to the Genting casino is also a plus. Dedicated gated area for valet, dedicated check-in, and wonderful staff sum this place up. First and foremost the staff is amazing. At the top of that group is Stephanie at the Front Desk and Luxury Services phone line. Stephanie our Maui friend shows why she's been successful working for other high-end brands globally and she brings a 'yes' attitude to helping out her guests. We were very impressed with her professionalism and overall friendliness and willingness to help when we needed help. Thank you to the Crockfords group for bringing refined luxury to Resorts World.

Stephanie M Made Our Stay Unforgettable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment we arrived, Stephanie M at the front desk was an absolute delight! She greeted us with so much energy, warmth, and humor- it immediately set the tone for our stay. Stephanie went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, answering our questions, helping with our requests, and making us laugh along the way. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely loves what they do, but you can feel it with Stephanie. She’s professional, fun, and truly the best. Because of her, our experience at Crockfords felt personal and special. She’s a gem and Resort World is lucky to have her!

Staff are friendly and positive. Rooms are not as luxurious as comparable market properties such as Aria Sky Suites and Fontainebleau. Clean rooms. Several issues through our stay. First night AC fan pounded/tapped every 15 minutes. Zero sleep. Hotel was full that night. Went to desk at 730. Moved to same class room and told bell services had to move us. Said we needed to move by 830 as had brunch reservations at Eiffel Tower and would be charged for no show. At 845 they were not there. Tried to call front desk but room phone did not work. Went to front desk and were told we could not have the keys to the new room as the bell services had them. Bell showed and moved us finally. Was kind and apologetic. Not the worst experience, but overall we were exhausted and stressed about getting to brunch. At checkout- charged for upgrade fee each night even though upgrade not received, resort credit from Hilton not applied, resort fee charged despite reservation through Hilton saying no resort fee. Caught it prior to checkout. Resort fee was not adjusted. In totality, the inconvenience of the zero sleep, stress to move, and overcharge of fees made it not worth the amount we spent for the room and inconvenience of the location. Had there been some sort of a concession, even a free drink for the inconveniences, we would be more motivated to go back. We go to Vegas every 4-6 weeks and stay at high end properties. This stay was not a casino comp, it was paid in cash. We decided to try Crockfords this time "just to see". As a cash paying customer in Vegas, the land of free rooms at high end properties, we expected more acknowledgment of our inconveniences. With all that said, the staff were friendly and warm. They were the redeeming quality of the property.

A first class experience, the staff is polished and accommodating to your every need. Room was exceptional and every amenity well thought and available.
