The St. Regis Bermuda Resort

The rooms were totally inadequate. There was a huge bathtub in the middle of the room so there was nowhere to sit only a hard desk chair. Towels never replenish. Was not able to get any food from 11:00 to noon. Very disappointed because have been to many st Regis around the world. Found this one very lacking

We had an amazing stay at The St. Regis Bermuda. The entire staff was kind, welcoming, and genuinely made us feel taken care of from the moment we arrived. What really stood out was how peaceful the whole experience was. Everything about the property felt calm, thoughtful, and easy in the best way. By the end of the stay, it honestly felt like our nervous systems had reset. It was exactly the kind of experience we needed. I especially want to call out Nelson, who made a big impression on us. He was incredibly warm, professional, and helpful, and he really helped make the stay feel even more special. You can tell he cares about the guest experience, and it showed. Big thank you to Nelson and the rest of the team for such a great stay. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already looking forward to coming back.

A mix of genuinely beautiful moments and a few frustrations that stood out more than expected at this price point. The property itself is stunning, the beach is the real highlight, with calm, clear water and plenty of loungers, and the views from the rooms (especially at sunrise) are incredible. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, a nice coffee setup, and well-stocked bathrooms, though the layout feels a bit awkward in places. Small details stood out, like the nightly champagne sabering, complimentary water and sunscreen at the beach, and easy access to St. George’s via shuttle, which added to the overall experience. Where it fell short was consistency. Service could be excellent one moment and noticeably slow or disorganized the next, simple things like food orders, housekeeping, or even getting clear information sometimes took longer than they should. Dining is limited, and meals (especially breakfast) feel overpriced for what you get, with occasional long waits. I also noticed operational gaps, like unattended concierge desks, towels not being restocked regularly, and small maintenance or design issues in the rooms. For the cost, I expected everything to feel seamless, but instead it felt like a luxury hotel still ironing out details. Overall, it’s a beautiful property with standout staff and scenery, but not quite as polished or consistent as you’d expect from the St. Regis name.

I had another wonderful birthday celebration at The St Regis Bermuda with my family . My wife and I have stayed at this beautiful resort 4 times and continue to return each year for the serenity, smiles and service ! Each and every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay more memorable. A special shout out to Emma at check in for the beautiful room , the concierge team for the delicious birthday treats and to Summit, April , Christopher and Michael for their outstanding service at breakfast and at the pool/beach. And of course Rudolph entertaining us each evening at the sabrage ceremony . Always love seeing our favorite friend Nelson who instantly makes us feel like family with his warm personality and big heart . You’re the man! Nice hotel and staff is good. They claim the pool is heated but freezing every day. Manager lied and said it was 80 degrees plus and barely heated. If you and your family want a good pool experience DONT COME to St Regis Bermuda.

The staff are so accommodating and pleasant! Leon was a consummate professional ensuring our stay was amazing! We have been to the island four times and will absolutely return next year! Had three spa treatments withe Tessa and when she finished my massage she asked how I felt. My response was sad. I didn’t want it to end!

My husband and I went to Bermuda for the first time over Christmas. We are so pleased that we chose to stay at the St. Regis. The resort was beautiful, well kept and easy to get around. We were most impressed by the hospitality. Every staff member we encountered was lovely and so helpful. We especially enjoyed our bartender in the main lobby bar, Jonathan (Trouble). He went above and beyond to make every one of our visits with him that week extra exceptional. 5 star service every time! We also had a fantastic experience with Emma at the front desk. She was so helpful throughout our stay. Our positive experience at the St. Regis was because of them. We can’t wait to go back!

We had a very good experience! We were surprised at how chilly it was, however. I wore a jean jacket for the entire 6 days we were there. It wasn’t so bad in the sun, but some days were cloudy and windy which made it far too chilly to truly enjoy the beach. The property is beautiful and our room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable! The service was excellent. I specifically want to note how helpful Ty was the moment we got there. Emma was very pleasant at check in. We ate at Lina, the restaurant on the property, several times. It was fantastic! Joy, Daniel, Zaldy and Mano are among the best in the business!
